The R&R Big Red XL is a heavy-duty hydraulic cattle chute with independent V-type top and bottom squeeze, a palpation cage on the XL model, a hydraulic head holder, and a clamshell / rotary headgate. Neck extenders and a power unit are included in the base. Choose a 13.5-horsepower Honda gas engine, 220-volt electric power requiring a 30-amp breaker, or a 16-horsepower Kohler key-start engine when you build your quote.

The XL is 12 feet long, 48 inches wide, 8.5 feet tall, and weighs 4,500 pounds. The chute squeezes from 29 inches open to 9 inches closed and has a powder-coated finish.

Standard equipment includes swing-arm controls, a sternum bar, a neck access door, rubber flaps for easier loading, and a choice of quarter-inch solid or three-quarter-inch rebar floor. A sheeted floor with grips is available at no additional charge, and a rubber floor is available for an additional $300. A head clamp can be selected instead of the standard neck extenders. A wheel kit with hydraulic lift is available for an additional $2,740.
