R&R Livestock Warranty: Ranch-Tough Guarantee

We stand behind every piece of gear we build—tough as the ranches it serves. Every R&R product is engineered for zero-drama handling, with lifetime coverage on manual locks and latches for reliable performance forever. Our industry-leading warranty goes up to 15 years structural coverage (or 125k head processed—whichever comes first), including unique on-site repair reimbursement—we'll cover local welder costs to fix defects right on your ranch, no shipping delays or downtime. Built to outlast the warranty by years—our gear's designed for decades of ranch-tough service, delivering plenty of life and value even after coverage expires. Email us a copy of your dealer receipt at purchase for easy access if an issue ever arises—we'll file it by your email.

What's Covered

Manufacturer defects only: Flaws in materials or workmanship under normal ranch use. We repair or replace parts/products at our sole discretion, free during coverage (shipping on us after year 1).
Tiered Structural Warranty (frame/welds—based on model and head processed; coverage ends at time or head count, whichever comes first):
- Lifetime on manual locking mechanisms (head gates, latches—reliable forever).
- 15 years / 125k head on Cattle-EK and Big Red models.
- 10 years / 12.5k head on Bull and Ranger models.
- 5 years / 5k head on tubs/alleys/ramps, scales structure, group scales, other equipment/accessories.
- 2 years / 2.5k head on ARIAT models.
1 year on hydraulic components and scale electronics (seals, pistons, load cells, displays—full swap if they leak or fail under spec).

Head processed = total cattle run through the unit (self-report or via dealer logs).

Fast Repair Option: Local Fixes, Reimbursed Quick

For covered defects, get back online ASAP—no waiting on shipments. Source a local welder. We'll approve your plan in 48 hours or less via email. We'll reimburse actual costs (receipts required), including:

$200 minimum: Covers up to 2 hours total (fabrication + travel time).
Over 2 hours: $80 per hour in ½-hour increments (e.g., 2.5 hrs = $240 total; reasonable time limits apply for the repair scope).

Email your plan (who/what/when/quote) for green light—payout in 7 days post-receipt. Keeps your herd moving, your warranty ironclad.

Replacement Parts Note

For covered claims, parts ship within 2 business days of approval. Even for non-covered items, low-cost replacement parts are available—we often provide them at our cost or below as a goodwill gesture to keep you running strong.

Key Exclusions

Normal wear/tear (e.g., rust from exposure—touch-up kits available).
Misuse/abuse (overloading beyond specs, impacts from non-livestock).
Modifications (keep it stock to stay protected).

Proof required: Original receipt from an authorized R&R Livestock dealer (online/direct sales qualify). Pro tip: Forward us a copy right after purchase (email to rrlivestockequ@gmail.com)—we'll file it for quick lookup, no digging required.
Valid only on authorized purchases—no gray-market gear.
Snap photos of the issue + your setup. Email rrlivestockequ@gmail.com with order # and details.
We'll assess (remote or ship-back) and fix/replace—your downtime minimized.
