Order and Deposit Policy
At R&R Livestock Equipment, we build and supply cattle-handling gear for ranch and farm customers — often configured or built to order. Here is a plain-language look at how ordering, deposits, and support work.
How ordering usually works
High-ticket equipment is commonly sold by quote. Online prices and configurator estimates help you plan, and we confirm the order in writing once you are ready to move forward. When a deposit is required, that deposit is what starts production or reserves the unit for your specs.
Quotes are good for 30 days from the quote date. Steel, freight, and availability can move — after 30 days, prices and availability need a fresh quote before we lock an order.
For quotes and order questions, use the contact numbers below or email Info@rrlivestock.com.
We stand behind the equipment
If something goes wrong because of a manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship under normal ranch use, we handle that through our warranty — not as a typical retail return. Coverage details, claim steps, and contact options are here:

Deposits on custom or built-to-order gear
Many products are custom-built or configured specifically for you. Your deposit lets us start the build or set the unit aside to your specifications. If you need to cancel after we have accepted the order or started building, the deposit may not be returned — because the equipment was made or reserved for your specs and may need to be re-sold, sometimes at a discount or after a wait.
If an exception makes sense (for example, a partial credit toward a future order), we will confirm that in writing.
Standard stock items
For unused equipment that is still in a standard (non-custom) configuration and can still be sold as new, we are happy to talk case-by-case. Restocking, freight, or inspection details may apply if we agree in writing.
Freight is separate
Freight is quoted separately. You arrange freight or pickup unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Carrier fees and related costs, once incurred, generally stay with the shipment. More detail:
