Terms of Service

Effective date: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the R&R Livestock Equipment website at rrlivestock.com and purchases or quotes for cattle-handling and related farm equipment from R&R Livestock Equipment (“we,” “us,” or “R&R”). By using this site, requesting a quote, placing a deposit, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

These are practical store terms for a livestock-equipment business. They are not a substitute for advice from your own attorney.

1. Quotes are not binding until confirmed

Website prices, product configurators, and verbal or written quotes are estimates and invitations to do business. A quote is not binding until we issue a written order confirmation (email or other written confirmation from R&R) and you satisfy any deposit or payment terms stated in that confirmation.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, a quote is valid for 30 days from the quote date. After that, prices and availability need a fresh quote (steel, freight, and supply can move).

2. Prices subject to change until deposit

Prices, options, and availability may change until we receive and accept a required deposit (or full payment, if no deposit is required). Once a deposit is received and the order is accepted in writing, the confirmed price for that order generally applies, subject to changes you request or errors we correct in writing.

3. Payment and deposits

Payment terms are as stated on your quote or order confirmation. Deposits may be required to reserve production capacity or begin a custom build. Deposits on custom or built-to-order products follow our Order and Deposit Policy. If you cancel after we have accepted the order or started building, the deposit may not be returned because the unit was built to your specs.

4. Custom and built-to-order products

Much of our equipment is built or configured for a specific customer. Specifications on the site are typical; your written confirmation controls. Changes after acceptance may affect price and lead time. If you cancel after acceptance or production start on custom gear, the deposit may not be returned, as described in our Order and Deposit Policy.

5. Freight is separate

Freight is quoted separately. You arrange freight or pickup unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Equipment prices do not include freight, free shipping, or store-arranged delivery unless Matthew or another authorized R&R representative confirms it in writing for your order. See:

6. Title, risk, and delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: risk of loss or damage passes to you when the equipment is tendered to your carrier or made available for pickup at the agreed location. Title passes when we have received payment in full (or as otherwise stated in your written confirmation). Inspect equipment promptly upon receipt and report visible freight damage to the carrier and to us without delay.

7. Warranty as exclusive remedy (where applicable)

For manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal ranch use, our written warranty describes coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures. Where applicable, the warranty is your exclusive remedy for covered defects. For covered defects, warranty support is the usual path rather than a retail-style return. Full warranty details:

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, R&R Livestock Equipment is not liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost livestock production, downtime, haul-in costs, or substitute equipment — arising from the use of this site, quotes, delays, or the purchase or use of equipment, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim (or, for warranty claims, the remedies stated in the warranty). Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions; if so, they apply only to the extent permitted.

9. Site use

You may use this site for lawful business and personal purposes related to evaluating or purchasing our equipment. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content in a way that harms the service. Content on the site is for information; it may contain typographical or specification errors, which we may correct.

10. Governing law

R&R Livestock Equipment is headquartered in Honey Grove, Texas. These Terms and any dispute arising from a quote, order, or purchase through this site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Fannin County, Texas (or another Texas venue we designate) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our rights.

11. Contact

High-ticket equipment is commonly sold by quote. For quotes, deposits, freight questions, and order support:

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or completion of new orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for those new transactions. Prior written order confirmations remain in effect for orders already accepted.
