Cost-share help from R&R

We’ll help you get started

You don’t have to figure out the Missouri program alone. Our part is gathering the info the program needs and getting it in front of the right person, so they can get things moving.

  1. Tell us what you’re interested in. A chute, alley, tub or corral — and your county.
  2. We gather what the program needs. An itemized quote on R&R letterhead, plus the product specs and info your local office asks for.
  3. We get it to the right person, with you copied. We send it to the program office or agent who handles your application, with you on the email, so they can get things moving.

Program details

Missouri’s MASBDA Beef Producer Grant (Missouri Department of Agriculture) has helped beef producers with infrastructure and equipment. It was a one-time program and won’t open again (per the program office, Nov 2026).

Official program info: MASBDA grants

  • Who runs it: Missouri Agricultural & Small Business Development Authority (statewide)
  • How much (last cycle): Up to 75%, max $40,000 (25% match)
  • Deadlines: The last cycle was due Nov 19, 2025. It won’t reopen (per the program office, Nov 2026).

Who qualifies

  • Missouri beef producers (last cycle).

What equipment qualifies

  • Chutes aren’t named specifically, so the program office decides whether an item qualifies.

What the quote and receipt must show

  • Doesn’t apply — the program won’t reopen.

If a program opens, applying isn’t a guarantee. Meeting the minimum requirements gets you into the pool of applicants, and then the program picks who gets funded, usually by ranking applications with a scoring system, so not everyone who qualifies is selected. A complete application turned in early gives you the best shot, and we’ll help you get started.

How it works, step by step

This grant won’t reopen, so there’s nothing to apply for. Email us and we’ll tell you if we hear of another Missouri program. If one opens, the usual order for programs like this is:

  1. Apply with the program office before you buy. Most programs won’t pay for anything bought before approval.
  2. Get an itemized quote from us in the landowner’s name to send with your application.
  3. Wait for approval.
  4. Buy.
  5. Send the paid invoice or receipt to get reimbursed.

Each office sets its own order, and we can confirm it with yours for you.

Program rules change, so the details should be confirmed with your local program office before you buy — we can do that with you. Each program decides who qualifies and how much it pays — R&R Livestock Equipment doesn’t run these programs and can’t promise approval.
